Cindy graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's degree, majoring in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Criminal Justice. In the years following graduation, Cindy worked as a reporter with the Athens Banner-Herald, as a Law Enforcement officer with the Immigration/NATZ division in Atlanta, and as the Advertising & Public Relations coordinator for Coldwell Banker in Athens, Georgia. In 1996, she became an editor and proofreader for a major graphic composition firm. She joined PTC as a Senior Graphics Designer.
