By bundling these types of services together to form a single offering for the residents in your community, you can achieve tremendously low rates, sometimes as much as one half of what a resident may achieve when acquiring these services individually.  Due to bundled services, providers offer discounts because of the fact that they will achieve a greater percentage of usage, i.e. 100% versus a projected 25%.  This allows us to sign purchase agreements and achieve packaged rates.  These savings are then passed on to the home owners at significant savings.
