The Tributary at New Manchester is NETneighbor's latest premier client.  Tributary is a new community with a small town atmosphere and a variety of housing and neighborhood choices across a wide price range.  It offers a surprising array of nature activities, including walking, mountain biking, fly fishing, kayaking and even camping.  Tributary is located next to Sweetwater Creek State Parker, a 2,500-acre nature preserve along the Chattahoochee River just 20 minutes from downtown Atlanta, the airport, and the Galleria at Vinings.

Community Cable has been working with NETneighbor since 2003 as a premier client.  Since 1999, Community Cable has been providing cable television and Internet services to the LandMar communities of North Hampton and Hampton Park.  They are working on many other communities to provide a bundle of services to support the needs of their residents.  NETneighbor works closely with Community Cable to provide the web portal for the residents of Seasons At Orchid in Vero Beach and Lighthouse Court at Fleming Island in Jacksonville.
